I am a Mechatronics Engineer by education, passionate about all the possibilities that technology offers to the world. That's why I've chosen the Tech industry to shape my career over the past 11 years. I believe in the impact technology can have on people's lives, health, and the creation of prosperity. That's why I've worked in companies in the healthcare sector (Philips and currently Dasa), the financial sector (Itaú, Banco Safra), and payment solutions (Gertec), all of which align with this belief.

My technical experience over these years encompasses a multidisciplinary approach, ranging from web and mobile app development to embedded systems software, ITBM and SaaS tool support, and architecture across various Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. This includes expertise in software architecture, design patterns, programming languages such as C, C++, Java, JNI, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and Python, as well as both relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and non-relational databases (Mongo, Cosmos, Atlas, etc.). I also know about microservices, micro-frontend, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.

Beyond the technical aspect, in the last two years, I've had the opportunity to build and lead teams of 4 squads, totalling 35 people. I believe that my role as a Technology team leader involves balancing the technical aspects (which are integral to our professional profile) while also enhancing the qualities that aren't always in the job description: a sense of collaboration, diverse perspectives and backgrounds, a growth mindset, and a focus on delivering impactful results.

Having worked in various market sectors, I've frequently needed to develop my adaptability and ability to identify opportunities. These behaviours, I consider, have helped me reach where I am today and can continue to propel me forward.
